Tax term: Fulltime (40 hrs/week)

We require a strong multi-talented software applications/web engineer to be a part of our technical team. This is a key developer position in an established, profitable, privately held IT company.

Job Description:

• Research, design, write and test new software programs


• Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification


• Investigate new technologies


• Complement existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together


• Create technical specifications and test plans


• Write operational documentation with technical authors


• Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects


• Coordinate with project managers, graphic artists, system analysts, and sales and marketing professionals


• Consult with clients concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems and obtain information, clarity details and implement information


• Develop plans, documentation and other training materials for the application system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering


• Knowledge on .Net Applications


• SQL, C#, ASP


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Microsoft environments


• Experience developing web-based applications


• Team management experience will be a strong plus
